This website is set to serve as two things. One, a collection of Scott's personal and professional achievements, accomplishments, awards, honors, and certifications (when applicable). Two, this is an introduction to who the heck Scott Jones is and to show off (in a mature/professional way of course) what he has been able to complete throughout his time as a student in the tech field. Welcome Statement from Scott:
Hello and welcome to my digital portfolio website! I know we don't know each other but I am so glad you're here. Believe it or not, you're helping me out just by visiting my digital portfolio, as we all (generally) make content with the intention for someone to view it (even if we don't know the audience), am I right? Have you ever made something hoping that another person would end up seeing it? That's exactly what I did with this site, so again, thanks for visiting!

Like I wrote in the aforementioned header, I created this site to showcase what I have accomplished so far throughout my career in the multimedia field. However, I also believe that honesty is one of the best policies, and so to be honest with you, the viewer, I created this site because I am taking a Digital Portfolio Development Course at my current college, but at the same time, it doesn't hurt to have something to exhibit the kind of skills you have in a certain career field. I'm sure you would agree.

Throughout this site, you will see a variety of pieces of my work that I have made as a student including videos, documentaries, graphics, and presentations, among others. To be upfront with you, my intention for this site is to show potential employers and my Digital Portfolio Development instructor what I can (and have) completed when I put my mind to it. So, if you're an employer, or someone who just wants to chat about a technological project, feel free to reach out.
